Co-presented by Swire Properties and the emerging social enterprise Honestly Green, the Tong Chong Street Market is a collaborative platform that connects the like-minded communities of up-and coming food entrepreneurs, local farmers and epicureans. In this autumn season, we aim at stepping further to encourage all of you to make a second move in living sustainably by using eco-friendly crockery. Individual vendors selling degradable or recycled tableware including eco-wrapper, reusable straw, foldable cup, edible spoon etc are invited to the market, come purchase one before enjoying the gourmet food.
